If your club has a Deep Cover shop, start there to find its agreed range. You can also use Design Your Own for a one-off printed item if you have the club's permission to use its logo. A club shop is not a requirement for an authorised one-off order. For embroidery, team orders or help with the artwork, contact us and we will talk through the options. Please make sure you have permission to use any club, sponsor or other logo you supply.

Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days in an unused, as-new condition, in line with our Shipping & Returns policy. Personalised items cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind. If an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us so we can help. We welcome one-off orders as well as larger orders for teams, clubs and businesses. Some specialist products or fully bespoke kit may have supplier minimums; we will confirm these when discussing your requirements.

Print applies your design to the garment surface and can work well for detailed or colourful artwork. Embroidery stitches the design into the garment and is often chosen for workwear and club logos. The best option depends on the artwork, garment and finish you want. Send us your idea if you would like advice.

Use Design Your Own for a straightforward printed design on an eligible product. For embroidery, detailed designs or more involved requirements, use Visualiser Pro to prepare your idea and request a quote, or contact us for help. We will discuss the options and price with you before you commit to a quoted order.

Please send the clearest original artwork you have. Original logo files are usually more useful than screenshots or images copied from social media. If you have a vector version, include it. If you are unsure whether your artwork is suitable, send it to hello@deepcover.uk and we will advise before production.

Our usual delivery aim is 7–14 working days. Timing can vary with garment availability, artwork approval and the type of decoration or bespoke kit involved. If you need an order for a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.

Check the size guide for the individual product before ordering, as sizing can differ between brands and styles. Compare the measurements with a similar garment that fits you well. If you are ordering for a team or need help with a size guide, please ask us before placing the order.

Open the relevant catalogue page, select the catalogues you would like and click Download selected catalogues at the bottom. Enter your details when prompted to access the download links. You do not need to opt in to marketing to request a catalogue.

Send us your ideas, badge and sponsor requirements so we can discuss suitable options, quantities, pricing and lead times. A builder design is a starting point for an enquiry, not a confirmed order.

Deep Cover gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase. Please check the gift card information and terms when ordering, and contact us if you need help.

No. We review applications personally and contact you about the next steps. Submitting the application does not automatically approve an online account, reveal private prices or enable trade checkout.
